Facilities

Park hours are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. March 15 through October 31, and 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. November 1 through March 14.

Fourth Bluff Park is an urban greenspace with a paved walking trail, benches, and scenic views of the Mississippi river atop the bluff.

It is currently under Memphis River Parks management. You can visit Memphis River Parks management at memphisriverparks.org
