Gaisman Park and community center has recently been upgraded thanks to funding from the City of Memphis' Accelerate Memphis plan.
Gaisman Park is a 25-acre park that includes a walking path, competition-level sports fields, futsal court, outdoor pool and playground.
This park has been adopted by Friends of Gaisman, If you'd like to volunteer or adopt a park yourself, visit Memphis City Beautiful at memphiscitybeautiful.org/adopt-a-park/.

Note:
Park hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the Spring/Summer and 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the Fall/Winter.
We recommend you contact the City of Memphis Permits Office at (901) 636-6711 at least 14 days to your event to obtain a Special Event permit required for gatherings of more than 25 persons.
