Park pavilion hours are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. March 15 through October 31, and 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. November 1 through March 14.
Park facility rentals include a covered pavilion, picnic tables, benches, and grill(s) if applicable. Electricity is not available with park facility rentals. Contact the Memphis Parks Administrative Office at (901) 636-4200 to inquire about additional amenities such as water hose connectivity and portable toilets.
Pop-up tables/chairs, and speaker music allowed but must be kept at a moderate level. We recommend you visit the park to make sure the pavilion of interest will meet your needs.
Pavilion Rental Pricing
Small pavilion (1-33 ppl)-$125.00
Medium pavilion (36-66 ppl)-$150.00
Large pavilion (67+ ppl)-$175.00
*Supplemental fees assessed with groups sizes greater than 200 attendees.
*A Special Event Permit is required for gatherings of more than 25 persons.

We recommend you contact the City of Memphis Permits Office at (901) 636-6711 at least 14 days to your event to obtain a Special Event permit required for gatherings of more than 25 persons.
