Facilities
Pavilion rentals include a covered space with picnic tables, benches, and grills (where available). Electricity is not provided. Pop-up tables, chairs, and music are allowed but must remain at a moderate volume. We recommend visiting the park beforehand to ensure the pavilion suits your needs.
Park Hours:
• Mar 15–Oct 31: 6:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Nov 1–Mar 14: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Rental Rates:
• Small (1–33 ppl): $125
• Medium (34–66 ppl): $150
• Large (67+ ppl): $175
Groups over 25 require:
1. A Reservation Certificate (Memphis Parks)
2. A Special Event/Public Assembly Permit (City of Memphis Permits Office: 901-636-6711, 2714 Union Ave Ext, Ste 100)
Both approvals and applicable fees are required. Additional fees apply for groups over 200. For details, call Memphis Parks at 901-636-4200.
