Performance component of the MVP Pathway program. The MVP Speed, Strength & Agility program enhances athletic performance by building the foundational physical skills needed to excel in sports and everyday movement. Participants engage in age-appropriate training focused on speed, strength, agility, balance, coordination, and injury prevention through structured drills and progressive exercises.
